Order Processing & Shipping
Once you place an order on organio.pk, it is promptly reviewed and forwarded to our processing team. We typically ship orders within 2 to 3 working days.
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders. Please note that special deals or promotions may have different shipping charges.
Our standard delivery times are as follows:
- Within Pakistan: 3 to 4 business days
Please be aware that unforeseen delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues may occur. All orders are shipped through reliable courier services with tracking numbers provided for your convenience.
Orders paid via Credit or Debit Card may require up to 48 working hours for bank verification.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, we will open an inquiry with the courier service, which typically takes 2-3 days. If the parcel is not recovered, we will issue a replacement for your order.
Damaged or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives with physical damage or appears to be tampered with (for example, an open or empty package), please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
We may request a clear video of opening the package, digital photograph of the damaged package or product as part of our investigation and claim process. After verification, we will either replace the item or take appropriate action.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed by contacting us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Item(s) out of stock
- Incorrect pricing
- Shipping cost variations
- Technical or system errors
If an order is canceled after payment, the refunded amount will be processed within 20 business days to the original payment method.
