Purchase Policy

  • Product Quality and Information: All items are carefully checked for quality and freshness before shipment. All ingredients are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions. 
  • Order Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.
  • Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Estimated delivery timelines are available during checkout.
  • Product Pricing: The prices mentioned on the website at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities prices do change on a daily basis like fruits. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery the difference will not be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. The website may have some promotional offers running for some products. The promotions can be availed till the stock of the promotional product lasts. Organio will not be liable for the availability of stock of the product under promotional offers. 
  • Right to refuse an order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order under the following circumstances:
  • The product ordered is unavailable in stock.
  • An error is identified in the product information, including price or promotion.
  • Any fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • The order contains perishable items, and the delivery location is outside our delivery service area.

 

Return Policy

Organio believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centered around our customers, so they can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe customer has every right to have their product checked, and, if needed, replaced.

Due to the nature of our organic and perishable products, we have a limited return policy:

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Except perishables, special items, dairy items etc. Any item ordered via special order or customized orders are not covered by our return policy
  • 24 hour policy: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds can not be granted after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Contact Requirements: Email our customer support team with details and a photo of the issue for verification and next steps.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process refund, we need proof of purchase i-e receipt or online purchase confirmation. 
  • Sale Items: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Please review our exchange guidelines below:

  • Exchange Eligibility: Products are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Notification Timeframe: Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.
  • Process: After receiving your report, our team will review and provide further instructions. Exchanges are processed once the defect or damage is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered when an exchange is not possible. Please note our refund policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply if Organio cannot provide a suitable replacement for a defective or damaged item.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
